Where is my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your Order Despatch email, that will track the progress of your delivery with our courier partners, DHL or FanCourier.
What payment methods can I use?
Payment shall be made online when you place your order. We accept credit cards or PayPal.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to create an account with us to place an order. When you reach checkout, simply select Guest Checkout after entering your email address. If you then decide to create an account at the end of the order process, you can do so easily and will benefit from order tracking, saved addresses, wish list and more.
Can I exchange?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order and returning the other item.
How can I return my order?
For returns, please send an email with your order number at orders@setarof.com
Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

Sizing & Made-to-measure
Please keep in mind that all body types are different and people with the same measurements can look drastically different in the same garment.
Our products are designed to be comfortable and allow a size to be worn by several body types with different sizes, except the products with an elasticated waist.
If you want one of our products, but you don’t fit in our size chart, please send us an email at orders@setarof.com with the name product and your measurements.
IMPORTANT NOTE: made-to-measure products cannot be returned!
